Directors Desk is a Curbridge product brought to you in proud partnership with the Manitoba Child Care Association (MCCA).

In early 2025, MCCA reached out to Curbridge to discuss the need for a new and improved HR program to support child care leaders in our province. Curbridge, having worked with a lot of Manitoba centres, was enthusiastic about the opportunity. After that first meeting, the concept for Directors Desk was born.

Right from the start the goal has been to build something so interactive and comprehensive that child care leaders don’t need to look elsewhere for HR support.
