Introducing Directors Desk! We’re excited to announce the launch of Directors Desk; an HR portal and program designed specifically for child care leaders. Directors Desk is a Curbridge product brought to you in proud partnership with the Manitoba Child Care Association (MCCA). In early 2025, MCCA reached out to Curbridge to discuss the need for a new and improved HR program to support child care leaders in our province. Curbridge, having worked with a lot of Manitoba centres, was enthusiastic about the opportunity. After that first meeting, the concept for Directors Desk was born.
