Twice per year we run a Supervising 101 open session. Open sessions allow companies to send one (or a few) leaders from their organizations to enhance their leadership skills. Attendees learn from others in the group, as well as from Lyndsay- an HR expert. 

Whether you/your leaders are new to a supervisory role or looking to strengthen the leadership foundation, Supervising 101 is designed to help people lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
